Bill Walden, MGList Item 1
Brother Walden is a preacher, teacher and deacon. He hosts a weekly radio broadcast each Sunday night for the sick, elderly and shut-ins, called "He Walks With Me," on Knoxville Station WKXV AM-900, 7 PM, with son Billy Walden.

Brother Ensor is a preacher, teacher and writer. His biography, preaching schedule, sermon outlines, booklets, multimedia and Bible Institute course are available at

Fred Miller, MGList Item 3
Brother Miller is a pastor and teacher. His ministry includes pulpit supply, revivals and camp meetings. He regularly shares his skill at sermon outlining with his preacher brethren, and he is available by contacting him at church.

Dick Gamble, MGList Item 4
Brother Gamble announced his call to the gospel ministry late fall, 2016. He is a teacher and church trustee. An accomplished musician, Brother Dick is known for his deep bass singing voice and is a regular in the church choir, and treats his church family to special songs and hymns.

Mike Shuemaker, MG
Brother Shuemaker is a preacher - one of those men blessed with a wonderful baritone voice, singing with the Southern gospel group, Knoxville's Own. Brother Mike is regularly in area church pulpits, preaching and singing. He preaches in the Olivet pulpit and is always a blessing to our people with practical, spiritual sermons

Scott Taylor, MG
Brother Taylor is a recent addition to the membership of our church and announced his call to the gospel ministry. Brother Scott is a teacher, musician, and now renewing his call to the ministry. It is a joy to welcome him to our church.
Children's Ministry:
Olivet Baptist Church takes pride in the Children's Ministry and strives to provide quality and Spirit-led programming for children of all ages. We have committed the accomplishment of this mission through teaching God's truth, building faith and showing Christian love.
