A solemn and reflective evening service dedicated to communion. We invite you to join our church family as we remember the sacrifice of Jesus Christ through the bread and the cup.

Easter Play

Join us for a powerful morning performance as our drama ministry presents "Come To The Table." This special Easter play brings the story of grace and sacrifice to life.

You will not see words to songs you don't know flashed up on a wall, or hear a seminar by a man in a tee-shirt. What you will experience is a wonderful choir singing the old-fashioned songs of the church; great musicians and special music, and real preaching from the Bible that speaks to the heart and challenges the soul.

About Us

Olivet at Work!

From our church, out to churches, missions and gospel meetings across the South, the preachers, evangelists, musicians and singers from Olivet maintain a continuous schedule of service in the cause of Christ. Souls are coming to know the Saviour and believers are encouraged by the faithfulness of these men and women. Thanks to all who regularly share the faith with others.

  • What can I expect from Olivet Baptist Church?

    At Olivet Baptist Church, we are committed to sharing the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and making disciples. Through loving and serving, we endeavor to live our lives as examples of God's grace and love. When you join us for worship, you can expect to engage with a church family that will encourage and equip you to grow in your faith. From the youngest to the oldest, there is a place for you here!

  • Am I able to request prayer online?

    Absolutely! Our church would love to pray for you. If you are in need of special prayer, click on the "Request Prayer" button in the bottom right corner of the website. Here, you have the choice to keep your request private, only for our pastor, or to be made public to the church- so that more may pray for your need. If you are looking for a church to call home, we hope you will join us at Olivet Baptist Church!
